Carmen is my favourite Opera
I love Carmen, this production was different to others l have seen. I loved the rawness, the acting, singing and choreography were excellent. If you love Carmen you will love this production

Terrible rendition of a beloved classic
Carmen's signature colour is red and yet it was scarcely used in the grand scheme of the show. One of the lights began to flicker in Act III which really took away from the whole experience. I took my daughter for her birthday and suffice to say we shan't be coming back.

A good production
Modern production of Carmen. Good but end rather underwhelming compared with original

Excellent singing but inquire graphic acting
Brilliant singing and acting but I found that the violence , the acting too erotic at times and the rape at the end unnecessary . That spoiled the show for me . Definitely for adults only
