An exciting show
It’s a very good adaptation of The Great Gatsby. The sets,costumes,singing and dancing and the acting.

Vibrant
I loved it because it had fabulous music, dancing and costumes. Most importantly it didn’t deviate from the book.

Visual delight
Beautiful to look at but an inconsistent score. At points it felt like an imitation of Wicked or one of those Disney cartoons that are popular at the moment. Some songs are formulaic as if written by AI although the performers where great. I didn’t care for the oral gymnastics or the enormous volume or the sustain on some of the notes - it’s not a contest it’s an entertainment. However, I had cheap seats and this was a really great value for money seat and a great big show experience in a tremendous theatre.
